A mixed day

It is, of course, Lysana's birthday, so that automatically makes it a good day. And we celebrated it by going to a semi-splurge restaurant in Belmont for dinner, followed by some retail therapy/celebration on the way home

If you can use my old iBook for parts (the screen is broken, but it otherwise appears to work fine), you're welcome to it. The only reason I haven't freecycled it is there may be porn on it, but I can trust you to just delete it with a quiet smile.

DT&T Computer Services has been superb, the three times that I've taken my computer in for repairs, and the two times I took Eli's computer in.

The only complaint that I've had was that they finished repairing my computer early once, so I immediately left work to grab my addiction tool back, and lost two hours' work.
