What about if he can't do something like

I am unable to comply. (or "I am unable to do that")

Since he's bound to be asked to do something on occasion that he can't.

What about something like - That would not be advisable. I was thinking if some one asked Ticker's opinion, or he sees something that could be dangerous.

4 & 5 could be combined into "...eat or drink."

I would include a "Thank you" card.
