I'm taking a moment to fangirl Matt and Danny from Studio 60 simply because I pretty much ♥ them.

Er, why has this show been cancelled? You can explain it to me in big words if you want. I'm a fairly intelligent human being, honest.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Studio 60 but it's getting a bit transparent as Aaron Sorkin's Vehicle of Point Making. Is Matthew Perry playing Matt Albie or Aaron Sorkin? It's starting to affect my enjoyment, when I can hear that it's Sorkin talking and not his characters :(

It's one of the downsides of reading TV constantly :( Studio 60 just doesn't flow as easily as West Wing did, so for all it's brilliance, I'm not at a complete loss as to understand why it was cancelled. I think Sorkin spent too much time trying to make a point about good TV instead of writing a story and making good TV along the way.

I love my icon too. And yours. And the boys. Shallow over here too ;) That's where I'm loving it. And Cal. I love Cal.
