If she turned her back on me along time ago why does it still hurt so much?

she's gone... and i wont see her again till thrusday and then i won't see her till... winter break where she has a month of break... its very quiet and lonely at her end of the house...
things are going to be a lot different now

I hope everything works out.
Who knows, maybe her being away will make it a lot easier for you two to be close. It's very easy to learn to appreciate things that aren't there as constants anymore. I hope it will. Or, at least, I hope something good can come of it.
I'm not the type to believe that "everything happens for a reason," but things do usually have a tendency to even out.
