if you were given a sum amount to live off for the rest of your life and never had to worry about working for a wage again...would you pursue a career anyways? if so, what would it be.

I would have to work, doing nothing is tremendously boring. So I'd probably travel around the world and become literate and fluent in a few languages. At least Mandarin, Spanish, Farsi, German and French. Russian if I had the time; then I'd be a translator.

Or I'd just fuck around in a technical college, get tutors and study Physics or Quantum Physics.

Or I'd learn to fly, scuba dive, woodwork, play the drums and piano.

Mostly I'd try to write. Did you say just one thing?
