Snowfall In Santa Cruz!

Kinda. On March 11, 2006 it hailed in Santa Cruz quite heavily and the result of this unlikely beach side weather was a thin sheet of snow that lined the streets. I was watching Breakfast at Tiffany's with my squeeze when it came on and I managed to get out and snap some photos. People were milling around in the freezing weather in amazement. awwwww...i haven't seen snow in like..well..like a year actually..but still..in santa cruz..i've never seen snow in santa cruz! there ya go! that is neat.

I was going to San Francisco that day when i started hailing on the way. And by the time I hit SF, there were thin sheets of snow covering the streets! Even though it was just a little bit, it was still amazing to see it in SF. But it looks like SC got more! What's up with our weather nowadays?

Global warming seems to heat up all the freezing regions and cool the warm regions. That sucks.

The 17 was closed the next day and I had to wait for an hour in traffic just to turn back to SC. That was no fun.
