My mom already left for dallas, and some of my friends are evacuating soon, but some are staying. I also can't get ahold of some of my other friends...

we didn't evacuate b/c my parents predicted that the hurricane wouldn't affect us up here in the north. Yeah, we didn't even really prepare. all we got was some crazy winds, barely any rain.
But we're all right!
