I hate this friggin portfolio shit. I attempted to draw my anime-style self-portrait today. It came out crappy - like if I was just drawing for myself it'd be okay, but its craptacular for the situation. I need to re-draw it and clean it up. Good think I felt like checking Purchase's portfolio requirements yesterday, because I noticed I also have to have 'two examples of work must be drawings done from direct observation, rather than drawings done from photographs or reproductions'.
