So I had a mental breakdown on Friday. It finally all came out. With your life scheduled me time sounds like a very good idea.

It may be the only way you get some.

You schedule everything else. You schedule work, friends, family, boyfriend and housework. Why not schedule Renee too? Is someone else going to do it for you?
Nail painting is a great me time thing to do.

It was Denny's idea to make me take "me" time. He just pointed out that whenever I have freetime I schedule it. I think...oh I should go grocery shopping or I schedule movie time or something that is actually on a schedule. He's encouraging me to not schedule ANYTHING during my free time...that's all. Didn't want you to think he was being anti "me" time
