IT TOTALLY IS.

but okay, yeah, real opinion: it all depends on whether or not you are alright with living at home, like Alina said. ~college experience~ and all... personally I think if I was going to school close to my parents' house, I'd just live with them. cos I really wouldn't see the point in spending money. but I PERSONALLY am (1) screwed up (2) insane and (3) having to pay for everything college related myself.

basically!

dorms or apartment hands down. it's not the ~real college experience~ at home! but then again, maybe i'm the only one who can't wait to get out of my house in this entry, so.

If you can afford it, I'd do the dorms or the apartment. Speaking as someone who lived at home for his first year and commuted into Atlanta, it's in your best interest to live near where you go to school.

Maybe I'm naive because I live in Athens rather than Atlanta, but $700 a month seems like an INTENSE amount of money to pay for rent... I think you could find a better deal by shopping around a little. But living near/on campus is really the best way to go, I believe.

Apt for sure. Same cost as the dorms maybe cheaper depending on where you live. The commute is a bitch.

Just parking is expensive, so do monthly or use marta for sure.
