The small things seem to be front and center these days. For example, I grew my nails way too long and now my left thumbnail has a crack in it. When it breaks, wowee- that's going to hurt. Cloudy Sunday. In a way, that's good because I can stay inside and not feel too bad about it. I went to Mt. I came back last week from visiting my family in CT for 2 weeks. Jet lag is getting the better of me. It's 13 hours different and takes about 2 weeks to get adjusted..so as soon as I was sleeping normal hours, I had to come back. I feel alternately energized and sluggish.
