So, basically, I'm working on a couple of things but nothing I can post yet. That's why I'm giving you some fics I never got around to finish. Even though the ideas were glorious, I just feel like I'm never going to finish writing these. Oh, and I'm procrastinating right now. :D
Never forget - SiHan
This was the beginning of what was to be a huge dramatic love triangle with a bunch of secrets and lies. Not really my speciality. This scene if from graduation day for Hankyung, but the rest of the story was supposed to play out in the future, where Siwon by coincidence finds Hankyung in a Chinese ballet. Siwon is by that time engaged to a Chinese girl, having decided to move on with his life after not hearing from Hankyung in many years, but all the old feelings resurface as he and Hankyung get to know each other again:
It was a beautiful summer day and the sun was shining brightly in the sky. It was warm, but with a light breeze sweeping past, cooling down the people outside slightly. Just the perfect day for graduation. All the students from the biggest high school in the small town right outside of Seoul were celebrating that it was the last day of the school year, the third years running around to say their good byes to all the teachers and fellow students before leaving. Some people were crying, mostly girls, and others (mostly the first years and second years) were almost skipping in joy. Over all, it was a very emotional atmosphere.
But there were two people who were not joining in with the rest of the school. It was two boys, one from third grade and one from first grade. They were on the roof, lying on their backs and watching the few clouds that sailed past. Both of them were quiet, each lost in their own thoughts. The sounds of the people below them could be heard, but only vaguely and they didn’t really care. The two of them were in their own world.
The spell was broken when the younger, Siwon, spoke. “Hyung, are you sure you don’t want to be celebrating with your class. This is the last time you see them…” His voice was slightly raw after having been quiet for such a long time. He glanced quickly to see Geng close his eyes.
“I’m sure. I’ve already said good bye to them, and I want to spend this day with you.” He opened his eyes and looked at Siwon, grinning. “Or do you just want to get rid of me already?”
Siwon shook his head and followed a cloud, which did look like a foot, with his gaze. “You know I want you to stay, hyung.” He sighed and looked at Geng. “Promise me to still meet me even though I’ll still be in school?”
Geng’s grin grew weak and he sighed. “Look, Siwon ah-” He paused and looked at his younger friend with something akin to pity. “I’m going away. I can’t stay here, there’s nothing for me here. I’m- I’m going back to China.”
Siwon turned to stare at his hyung, his mouth wide open. A thousand thoughts ran through his head at once, making him unable to react to the information in any other way, until one thought overtook the others; Geng is going back to China, and he’s leaving me. “B-but… why?” he asked after a full minute of silence.
Geng sighed again and turned his gaze back to the sky. “I want to study something that I can only do there. I knew you’d be upset by this, that’s why I didn’t tell you until now. But I was accepted into the university of my choice and the opportunity is too good to let it pass. I’m really sorry, Siwon ah, I really am. But I’ve made up my mind, and I’m leaving next week.”
He never noticed that a silent tear ran down Siwon’s cheek.
Amnesia - HanChul
As the title suggests, this was supposed to be a fic about Heechul getting amnesia after an accident. The prompt was given to me by my friend, but I couldn't see clearly what would happen after, so I just couldn't write more than this. I had a vague idea about the new Heechul falling in love with Hankyung even though old Heechul and Hankyung had just been friends, and it opens up emotions in Hankyung that he had never thought about. This part though is from the time of Heechul being unconscious, the two personalities switching:
Complete darkness.
It wasn’t like during nights where you could still discern things in that very vague light that always seemed to be there, but it was rather a compact darkness that seemed to press against your eyes. He stood there in silence, trying to see something - anything - that could tell him where he was.
A sound made him turn around. The darkness around him seemed to get less heavy and he could see the contour of someone coming closer to him. He knew he should feel frightened, should back away, but he didn't. The presence of the stranger was familiar and safe, like that of a close friend. He barely stood there, waiting for the other person to come even closer, as the place he was in slowly lit up.
The first thing he noticed was a pair of big eyes. They seemed to glisten in the dark light and they were looking directly at him, without wavering.
The second thing was the long hair, brushing the stranger’s shoulders as he walked forward. It was dark and shiny, and he noticed it was just like his own.
The third was that sad expression, distorting his facial features. It made his own heart ache.
And before he knew it, the other person had stopped walking and was standing face to face with him. For what seemed like an eternity they were standing there, looking at each other. The stranger let his gaze roam over his face, taking in every centimetre of it. A sad smile played over his plump lips. Then he finally opened his mouth.
“I guess you’re taking over now, right?”
The stranger lifted his hand and cupped his cheek. The touch was comforting, he thought as he looked questioningly at the other.
“Please take care of him. We’re very important to him and he’d be crushed if we left him.”
He was just about to ask the stranger whom he meant when the hand left his face and the darkness got thicker once again. He felt himself falling in to the darkness, a silent scream leaving his throat as he saw the other person’s cheek wet with tears.
Then everything disappeared.
Dance with me tonight - TegoKey
This is probably one of the most random ideas I've ever had. To get Tegoshi from NEWS and Key from SHINee together was just something that popped into my mind one day and I decided to go with it, though I didn't get very far. Basically, they're both very flamboyant, very talented and sexual people and that was enough for my brain to go "Oh!". There was no real plot to this, just pure smut. Probably why I couldn't finish it, lol. This was also before SHINee ventured into the Japanese market so I just figured Key didn't really speak that much Japanese:
When Dong Bang Shin Ki-hyungs had called them out, Kibum had expected a lot to happen. They were in Japan, at a party with what seemed like at least a hundred people - around half of them looked like hosts in different ages - and the place was practically dripping alcohol from all surfaces. Kibum had been told there would be a lot of people from Johnny’s Entertainment, the leading Japanese boy-band factory (“Kinda like SME, but with boy bands only and less talent”, was what Jaejoong had told Jinki through the phone), and Kibum was proud over the fact that he could recognize around five of them.
What he hadn’t expected though, was that he would be grinding up against a guy, looking like he was younger than Kibum, and definitely shorter. The guy had short hair, styled much like the rest of the guys in there, mischievous eyes and soft-looking lips. The face had feminine touches, just like the fingers running over Kibum’s arms, but there was little feminine over the way he moved his body, which, much to Kibum’s pleasure, he did well.
The guy leaned up, talking to him in Japanese and the only thing Kibum understood was, well, nothing. All those showcases had only taught him to introduce himself and to say ‘thank you’, basically. So he shook his head. “Korean”, he told the shorter guy in English.
The guy’s brows furrowed slightly before he grinned. “I know a little English”, he said, with an accent. Kibum nodded. “What is your name?” the guy asked then.
“I’m-” he hesitated for half a second “-Key.”
“Kii”, the guy repeated. Kibum nodded. “I’m Yuya”, the other said and grinned, doing a body wave.
Kibum smirked and copied the movement, watching as Yuya swallowed. “Nice to meet you”, he said in a sultry voice, tired of the pleasantries. He hadn’t got laid for ages, not since Jonghyun decided that Jinki was a better bed partner, and he would be damned if he missed this chance because of stupid small-talk.
Yuya didn’t seem to mind as he moved closer, his hands roaming over his back and down his ass. Too straight-forward for Kibum, who still hadn’t gotten rid of the habit of blushing whenever someone touched him like that, but he let it pass. He pulled Yuya closer by his collar, but waited for the other to kiss him first. Kibum might be a tease, but he never initiated anything. That way, he would never get the blame for anything.
Kibum decided that Yuya was very good at kissing. Very good. His lips were soft, but sliding with enough force against his own, as their tongue played with each other. Kibum buried his hands in the other’s soft locks, grinding up against the other and released a soft moan as a shock of pleasure shot through him.
