So when I worked at Mt. Kim, my boss had me sign a "non competition agreement" that said I wouldn't compete with Mt. Kim, which meant that I couldn't work at a school that was within a 5 mile radius, nor could I establish a school. Well, kinda forgot about that in my desperation to get another teaching job
