Whilst I was looking for familiar faculty names on the Shrine website so I can get my name added to the Sub list, I saw aaron & collette as the main picture on the alumni website. I thought that was amusing. Wish me luck as I head back into the hell I called high school today...

Can't sub at public schools unless you have a teaching certificate.

You don't need certification. I was going to sub before. Maybe a few select districts require certification but somehow it works out you have a temp certificate or something once you have so many credit hours.
I know a lot of people at school too who used to sub all the time. The highest degree they held was a bachelors if that, they took no education classes, etc. You just need like 80 credit hours or something. You should look up oakland county's webpage.
