Tips: Take a graphing calculator. And if the batteries may need to be replaced by the time of your test, do it NOW, not the day of - something awful happens I can't quite remember that involves not having a functioning calc...
Um, check out an ACT prep book from the library and do a few practice tests? I don't know how much studying you want to put into it but I liked the practice tests because they prepared me for, say, no way in hell being able to finish the science section in the time allotted. It frustrated me.
