So today marks the last day of any relaxing stretch of time that I'll get to have until after April 15th. I was able to enjoy a 3 day weekend on account of my boss telling us all not to come in on Friday in order to make up for missing the ski trip we were supposed to take last weekend (which we were unable to reach on account of all of Tacoma

I know what you mean about "plugging". I really COULD go on and on about all the fun adventures I have in cooking, but one part of me chooses to keep those little triumphs for me and the other part insists that my journal is not a food/cooking blog. Meanwhile I stand in the middle and quell both sides by saying, "The journal is about the lives I lead - life as a cook counts!"

I get excited about delicious things too. That's why it's time for another yogurt mess! :)
