Can you have a relatioship with a 2nd cousin?
Can you marry a 2nd cousin?~

though it's probably not a good idea to tell people. unless they're from Norfolk, where I believe it's common for siblings to marry.

I believe you legally can marry a second cousin (even a cousin).

Yes, although the closer the genetic ties the more likely they are to have webbed feet and no chins so it's not always a combination to be sought after.

The only thing that's actually banned is marrying your blood sister/brother
