Sasha is just examining the situation, noticing that Coop's distressed mood might be related to all the bird pokemon flying around him. He approaches the FBI agent calmly, not trying to seem rude of overconfident, but rather inquisitive about the whole ordeal.]

[That small hint of amusement makes Sasha ease up a bit. At least Coop isn't generally upset for now, which means Sasha can at leas try to have a conversation with the man. However, his first statement causes the psychic to put on hand under his chin in thought.]

Ah...Your statement has a double meaning, does it not? You could be referring to those bird pokemon following you around, or...you've noticed the unstable condition of this world, namely people showing up here at random. My apologies if I come off as rude.
