Japanese Bunraku Skit Nihongo Ver. 1.2
Characters:
Harrison: Guy in love with Sam’s character. Iga gang
Sam: Girl in love with Harrison’s character. Koya
Casey: Harry’s wife. Iga
Nick: Bard or Shinjin or Giitaa wo hiku hito
Shannon: Harry’s best friend. Iga
Shuai: Sam’s best friend. Koya
Levi: Sam’s Dad. Koya
Jessie: Narrator.
Scene 1: Dinner at local pub. Sam’s gang are eating. Nick plays some short happy shimisan song using tape dispenser. Six seconds long.
Narrator: Re-su-ran de, tabemono wo tabete iro boryokudan wa Koya desu.
Sam: Osake-ya de okane kara wo nusumi!
Shuai: Ato de, Shihaijin wo koroshyou!
Levi: Ano sa…
Sam: Ato de, kami wo tabete iro hito wa watashitachi!!
Levi: Un. Omoshirosou mitai..
Sam: Waa! WAAA! WAAAA! (or Sugoi)
Scene 2: At the liquor store. Harrison, Shannon and Casey are busy maintaining the store.
Narrator: Osake-ya de, Iga no boryokudan wa Harrison to Shannon to Casey ga imasu.
Casey: Man, kono osake-ya wo contoru suru wa taihen desu ne!.
Harrison: Ii desu, mada musumimasen desu ne!.
Casey: Un! Jaa, zesshi no grupu wo sashiki suru!
Nick: Comes in front of the puppet stage and sits on nearby desk and sings his song about getting robbed. When finished He exits stage to where ever he was before.
Shannon: Ee?! Ano hito wa doko ni haita?
Harrison: Dare?
Shannon: Giitaa wo motte iro hito.
Gang 1 busts in wearing black masks.
Sam: OI!!! Anotachi no pocketo no naka de saifu wo morau!
Harrison: Aa! Shimatta! Gives wallet to Sam.
Sam Takes the I.D. out of the wallet and takes off mask to see the picture.
SAM AND HARRISON MAKE EYE CONTACT!
Harrison: Kirei no hito wa dare desu ka?
Sam shows interest in Harrison.
Sam: Hajimenashite! Atashi Sam desu~ Koya no boryokudan…
Shannon: Eee?! Koya no boryokudan?
Casey: Watashitachi wa Iga no boryokudan! Kenka wo shiyou!!
Levi: Oi Chotto matte!! Jaa Kenka wo suru kara, watashitachi wa kenka wo seikaku!
Shuai: Un! Jaa getsuyoubi de.
Levi: Koron to shake to chizu no piiza wo uru iro tokoro wa Piiza huto desu!
Shannon: Jaa matane..
*Somehow Harrison and Sam get each others numbers while this is happening*
Scene 3: Secret Romantic Rendezvous! Harrison off to one side of the stage and Sam off to the other side.
Narrator: Harrison to Sam wo aimasu! Ano futari wa himitsu de ai wo sodateru! shikashi…
Harrison: Kirei to Pikapika no kami iro hito wa dare ka?
Sam: Sugoii~! Atashi! I am that beautiful girl with shimmering hair! Watashi wa kirei to Pikapika no kami hito desu!
Harrison: Anata no aoi me wa ichiban kirei wo mita….
Sam:…demo atashi no me wa midori…?
Harrison: Soo desu ka? Mizuumi wo miru!
Sam: Dare ka? Ano sagata…
Levi enters
Levi: Ima nani wo suru iro hito wa ano futari ka?
Sam: Chizu kekii wo taberu to odoru suru!
Harrison To Levi: Hanasenaide kudasai!
Levi: Nan desu ne? Boku wa anata wo korosu! Iie…anata no kanai wo hanasu…
Harrison: Shinda iro hito wa boku!!
*Shannon Enters*
Shannon: Ee…nani.? To Harrison Kuro no naka de? Shannon prepares to lay down her life~
Harrison: Iie. Bu-rein Suto-min suru da.
Nick walks in and plays a song about divorces.
Levi: Ee? Dare ka? Ano hito wo Korosu?
Sam: Dare?
Levi: Dette iro hito da.
Pause
Shannon: Sore no senso shite iro wa baka desu ne…watashitachi wa Tomodachinaru? to ureshikunaru!
Sam: Haii! Harrison futari de isshouni kekkon shiyou!
Harrison: Sugoi no kimochi…watashi wa rikon ga hoshii!
Shannon: Casey wa?
*Levi: What about her..?
Shuai enters
*Shuai: I overheard everything! I agree! Divorces for the win!
Everyone cheers and screams Pa-tii no Jikan!!
*Shuai: Wait, what about that girl who owns the liquor store?
Shannon: Casey wo hanasanai!
Everyone gathers offstage mumbling happy things…in Japanese.
Scene 4 Bloody Massacre of Terror and sadness!
Narrator: Sam to Harrison wa kekkon suru…Casey wa..?
Nick again appears and does his last and beautiful song about bloody massacres! He then moves the desk off a bit more to the side and sit and watches the stage.
Casey Enters.
Casey: *Deeply moved by Nick’s song* Watashi…keimo ga aru. Watashi wa tori desu! Tsubasa ga nai kara, Atashi wa kono tsubasa wo tsukuru. Ato de, Watashi wa furaito de tsuki ni ite, shinda.
Shuai Enters
Casey Out loud : Aa! Anata da yo! Anata wa baka no boryokudanin. *pauses* Kotae!
Shuai: Osake-ya wa dou desu ka?
Casey: Sore wa Tekisetsu ja nai! Tatakau!
Shannon enters.
Shannon: Nani wo suru?
Casey Lunges at Shuai with a pencil!!!
Shannon: Iyaaaaaaaaa! *takes blow and dies from her noble deed*
Casey In shock: Nani shita??
Shuai: Anata no shita.
Casey Kills Shuai.
Harrison, Sam, Levi, enter. Nick starts to play Shimisan style but is then promptly killed.
Levi: Woah, We never got to ask him who he was. *gets stabbed*
Casey sees Harrison.
Casey: Nani suru yo?
Harrison: Denwa bango ga hoshii. Ima, Watashitachi wa yuiitsu no tomodachi.
Casey: SHINU! *stabs him*
Sam: …*attempts to fight but dies too*
Casey: AIAIAIIAIAIAIIAIAIAIAIIII! *stabs self and dies*
*Narrator: And so everyone died. Tragic ending to our story. The people who died became friends at last. Minna wa shinda. Zannen da.
