Your base should always be 3x materials! Or if you can count the hours and know how much you're worth....

But really, are you asking, "How much should I sell Setzer for so that it will actually sell?" In which case, because cosplayers are cheap sons-of-bitches, I'd say $80.

I sold my Suzuka costume for $350 when I sold it, I even got $100 for my Aeon. Sometimes the market can surprise ya!

On the c.com marketplace I'm sure someone will trade you for it.

($30 fucking dollars for a Naruto costume, and all I get is "will you trade"? YES FOR CASH I TRADE YOU COSTUME, THAT IS HOW SELLING WORKS!)

Sorry, I kinda hate the BS that goes with selling costumes. You deserve, easily, hundreds if not $1K, but it will be hard to find a buyer.

I never even ask what they want to trade with, I just reply "Yes, I'll trade for cash" and never hear back from them...
