Like many other girls my age, I fell victim to the freshman [and end of senior year] fifteen. I'm happy to say that I'm back to being the weight I was in my junior year of highschool, a good fifteen or so pounds less than when I let myself go completely last winter. A little cardio goes a long way, as does watching what you put in your mouth.
