well went w/tddt (texas dragon/lion dance team) and the walnut creek kids to houston for a demo- they did three performances at this company picnic- i ran around with a camera (still/vid) it was so much fun! :D thans to mr areiser for inviting me! hopefully i can get some of the pix i took with his camera ~cause i like quite a few of those shots

Feeling a bit green....

It's getting kind of chilly here at nite it gets down into the 50's. Yup, sleeping with the window open is not a good thing lately. Went to Santa Fe a few weeks ago to watch them, the people of Santa Fe, burn an effigy. They call it the Zozobra. It was like a 60 ft tall paper, I am guessing, man with moving arms and head... it growled too. $10 dollars to get in the gated area and watch him burn for like maybe 5 min. That's like $2 a min... then there were some fireworks, but the fire was cOOl. Got to ride in the back of a police van, no a prisoner more like a VIP surrounded with metal bars, b/c I asked this man while I was driving where the shindig was happening and he was like follow me and he ended up being a police man and he called another of the 5 0 and he came and picked us up and took us to the plaza.

Going to go watch the Firefly movie with my sister today I think the movie is called Serenity.

Outside Santa Fe about 50miles south in Albuquerque. You know where all the cartoon characters take that wrong turn and I believe that Werid Al has a song called Albuquerque.
