it takes a lot of concentration. There's a million ways to do it, I'm sure there's some sites with info? I tend to... focus on all parts of my body, one by one... or I try to find as many sounds in the world around me as I can, and then one by one block them out until there's only silence in my head.
The exercize is really really good idea too btw. That one really works. The more physical exhaustion, the better I sleep, in general. ^^
You may not want to, but if you exercise during the day for just a half hour, you'll feel nice and tired at night. And hey, it's healthy! You should be shocked you're getting healthy advice from me of all people.
