It takes 21 days to form a habit.

In 21 days I will no longer drink pop.
In 21 days I will be working out daily
In 21 days I will meditate for atleast 30 mintues.
In 21 days I will be happy with myself again.

If you take on too much you might accomplish nothing.

Steve Pavlina is crazy, but what he says about self-discipline makes sense:
"If you try to transform your entire life overnight by setting dozens of new goals for yourself and expecting yourself to follow through consistency starting the very next day, you’re almost certain to fail. This is like a person going to the gym for the first time ever and packing 300 pounds on the bench press. You will only look silly."

That said, you ARE kind of a badass, so I trust you to judge the limits of your self-discipline more than I can. Just a word of caution, is all.

agreed, Picked things that were not to hard for me to accopmlish, I can cut pop out pretty easy, and the other two are just forcing myself to do rather than play games or sit around.

21 days is a good idea, but I'd say that alcohol is a worse habit than pop.
