well, i spoke to soon. those feelings about going back with Randy are back. it sucks. and its taken all the energy i have to say no to him and no to those feelings. i feel so drained. i didn't know that the pain of saying goodbye to someone you love with all your heart was so great. i've never felt emotional pain like this before, and it's starting

I'm going/have gone through something similar.
I know exactly what you mean. Try to conserve your energy. I'm glad you said "no", you know what best for you. It's sooo stressful but it will eventually go away when you let it. I know that for me, it goes away and then hits me like a tons of bricks and doesn't feel fair because I worked so hard to get to that place before. But I know I'll get back there and then I'll realize that I was denying, ignoring, or just out right lying to myself about the whole situation--and then I'll be over him.
