Canon Character and Series: Lelouch Lamperouge/ Lelouch vi Britannia - Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion
In-Game Name: Lelouch Lamperouge
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Position & Ship: Strategist // The Victoria II
For his military position, he is currently a sub-lieutenant who is yet to finish his entire military training.
Although his rank is not formally equal to a commissioned officer, it's acknowledged in a military warship already. Through involvement in the ship, he will receive the last bits of hands on training required for him to formally become a commissioned officer and be promoted to lieutenant.
Appearance:
Lelouch or Lulu as called by his close friends, is fair-skinned. He may have albino origins as he himself has violet colored eyes which is more often than not, a distinctive feature common to albinos. In contrast to his pale skin is his dark hair with a hint of indigo. His hair is usually well kempt with a few shaggy tips. His hairstyle includes a fringe with varying lengths too which accentuates his visage. Overall, his facial features can deem him attractive to many.
As for his physique, he is more to the lean side. This usually makes him look effeminate when combined with his facial features. The best explanation for his seemingly fragile appearance would be the fact that he does not involve himself too much in physically strenuous activities. This deprives him of the opportunity to emphasize his supposedly developed muscles for his age. Lastly, for his stature, he stands at 178 cm. statuesque
Very well mannered and never loses his composure - these would be the best ways to describe him most of the time. He has mostly have a gentle expression on his face which gives him the charm of innocence. His sophisticated countenances can quickly win the hearts of many who could not see through him and his intentions. His alluring smile that he wears can just be the thing to blame for falling into his trap of definite obedience.
Personality:
Assertive, ambitious and determined - that is what Lelouch is. Once he put his mind into something, the means he has to go through in order to achieve it would no longer matter. He can be pretentious, calculating and sly when the situation calls for it. These all compliment his inborn talent of high logical thinking which may even be considered to be of genius level. Being a master strategist with unrivaled level of intellect, he sees nothing which he cannot manipulate
His ways of assuring victory often have downturns which make him realize the consequences he usually overlook. Since he acts in such a way that he will throw away everything he has to grab hold of triumph, he often neglects the impact on people around him. Because of this, he sees himself as a person who cannot feel love, show mercy and pity to his foes or even his own allies. Despite everything, he tries to accept all the consequences of his actions. He may be strong mentally but he is emotionally frail especially when it comes to the matters concerning the people dear to him.
Despite his dominating nature and somewhat lack of altruism, he remains loyal to his sister, Nunnally and his ideals for a better world. He is a good liar who even lies to himself but his dedication to Nunnally made him vow to never lie to her even when he has to lie to the rest of the world. Because of his love for his sister and only her, he aspires for peace which will ascertain his beloved sister's safety and looks forward to the day he can avenge his mother's death.
He may be the best example of a person who can differentiate his personal life and career flawlessly but he is just human like every one else. When he is not being a leader after his goal, he is just like any normal teenager though he is of royal descent. He is charismatic and exudes elegance and eloquence naturally. He dislikes being under control which could be because of his manipulative nature. Even though he may seem apathetic most of the time, empathy is something he knows very well of.
He is very fond of playing chess too. He may be withdrawn but he is quite friendly himself although he do not openly accord his friendship just to anyone. Domestic work is also like a second nature to him.
Abilities/Weapons:
His best weapon may be his unparalleled intelligence. He is best in working at the sidelines where he can focus on devising plans with his exceptional strategic abilities with incredible speed and precision.
Aside from his genius, the only weapon which may be useful to him is very likely to be his geass. This geass is of mysterious origins which he is not sure of either. This ability also known as power of the king which materializes in the form of a crane's front appearance in his left eye with a crimson glow allows him to gain absolute obedience from an individual or a number of people under a number of conditions. This of course also have an effect on the user.
The conditions are as follows:
Commands must be issued verbally. No exceptions
The user and victim must have direct eye contact. No exceptions (ie., no reflective surfaces)
The command must be issued once. From there, further commands may be issued as long as the eye contact remains unbroken. No exceptions
The restrictions of the victim's abilities still apply therefore they can only carry out the command to the best of their abilities and not miraculously do things they cannot do. (ie., a person who cannot swim who is ordered to swim will very likely drown even though he will try his best to swim.)
Commands concerning the manipulation of the mind, will not be carried. (ie., forgetting things, remembering things.)
The victim can resist. It all depends on how different the command is to their normal character. (ie., asking a pacifist to commit mass murder.)
No memories of command can be recalled by the victim upon completion of command. Though unsuccessful commands can make a victim remember what happened.
The maximum duration of a command can last for only maximum of 48 hours. Hence you cannot force a person to starve himself for a week. The command will wear off after 48 hours.
You cannot command a victim to carry out something which you want to happen a day later, a week later or more. A command must be something the victim will immediately carry out. Maximum limit is 12 hours upon giving the command. No exceptions.
The effects on the user are as follows:
The user cannot simultaneously command different people in short time intervals (ie., 3 sec. 1 min.)
The user will suffer from fatigue disabling him from issuing commands to a new set of victims for minimum of 6 hours and maximum of 84 hours. (user can still command the first victim further but it depends on his remaining stamina.)
He may require bed rest depending on the scale of his command and size of victims ordered.
User can command new set of victims upon recovery but the number of victims he can command and the scale of the order depends on his stamina. (ie., if he just passed out and recovered after 12 hours yet still weak or sick and needs to rest for 48 hours more, he may not be able to command with 100% efficiency until full recovery.)
When ill, it is very likely that the user cannot issue commands since he is weak. His commands will be easy to break lose from during this case.
Commands require full focus. When under stress, the user might not be able to work efficiently.
The user must wear specially designed contact lenses to toggle the geass activation at will. Without it, the geass could easily be uncontrollable.
(His geass here does not evolve so as to be more powerful. Neither does the code geass exist to grant him immortality.)
He is also quite skilled with firearms but this may be his last resort as his incapability to do anything involving extensive physical work will render this skill of his' useless.
Weaknesses:
Lelouch is physically inapt for battles. It would be suicide for him to ever engage himself in a one on one battle regardless the weapons or armor acceptable. He cannot perform tasks requiring manual labor significantly since he gets exhausted really fast. He is also unable to run for extended period of time at any speed, be it slow or fast. If he ever try to run at the same pace as others he can only hold it for a very short time - insubstantial even if his life ever depended on it.
He is very strong mentally and therefore very likely has no weaknesses when it comes to mentality but his greatest weakness would be his soft spot for his sister Nunnally. She is both his greatest strength and greatest weakness. He can abandon everything he worked hard for if Nunnally's safety is threatened.
Another weakness is his tendency to not tend to events, activities and other things which he do not find interesting. He skipped school a lot before since he found other things more worthy of his time and this is very likely to happen a lot.
He also hates it when he is underestimated. Even though he may look all composed, he is actually thinking and waiting for the perfect chance to make you choke at your own words. This makes him lose his focus every once in a while because he's the type who will not stop until he has shoved back your mistakes right at your face. Of course, in a gentlemanly fashion - well, he may cheat every once in a while.
History:
Lelouch Lamperouge or Prince Lelouch vi Britannia at birth, is the eleventh prince of the extended family of the royal family of Erealia. He is seventeenth in-line for the throne of Erealia's monarchy.
Lelouch and Nunnally are the children of Charles vi Britannia to his commoner imperial consort Marianne. Having a commoner's blood, not many welcomed them in the royal family. To avoid commotion, his father sent him, his mother and his sister to Bydan where his aristocrat grandmother had a lot of influence. Since his father was his grandmother's only child, her wealth was practically his' as well since King Saleno did not seem to bother about it.
They left Erealia when he was six so he did not have much chance to socialize with his royal relatives and siblings although he did know most of them by name. Marianne represented Charles in his lumber business. This business however endangered many lives of the people in Bydan as logging almost meant death to those who dared to step into the woods. Marianne cared enough for the people and tried to find other source of income for them which resulted in the downturn of the business which raked in a large portion of revenue for Lelouch's father. Soon, Marianne was assassinated before her ideals can come into fruition.
At age ten, Lelouch confronted his father and asked him to find out who killed his mother but Charles did not seem to be bothered by it and could not careless. Even Nunnally suffered a trauma from what had happened but their father refused to show any concern. He found out that justice will not be delivered if he does not do something himself to avenge his mother who did nothing wrong.
He confronted King Saleno and renounced his title as a prince and decided to leave Vohemar and come back only when he is stronger than ever to overthrow his father before he can even ascend the throne and be even more powerful. His father, Charles, however, saw the threat they pose if ever they uncover the truth so he banned them from leaving the country in order to keep watch of them as he knew very well what Lelouch could be capable of given enough time.
No local airship would permit them to leave Vohemar so Lelouch finally decided to sneak in the next foreign airship which name he does not remember now, that would be landing soon in the port of Bydan. He and Nunnally successfully got in as stowaways but they risked dying from starvation and being thrown out while on air if ever they get discovered. Lelouch swore that he'll make Nunnally reach Ivona whatever it takes so he went ahead. To his horror, they were discovered. Thankfully they were spared and were allowed to stay until the ship lands. Thanks to the memorable old man who helped them, they reached Ivona.
In Ivona, more specifically Melior, they start their lives all over again under their new identities - Lelouch and Nunnally Lamperouge. They found a family whom their mother had helped in Bydan with their business. They took them in and treated them like family. They entered Ashford Academy which the family owned and started their lives as students while living within the school. Lelouch quickly adapted to it and even became the student council's vice president.
Lelouch found friends and his good or even, best friend in Ivona. He shared his dreams to him. It was also in this place that Nunnally expressed her dream of having a beautiful world free of conflict. Lelouch swore to make this come true and to always cherish her and never lie to her who was the only one he had left. It was also here in Melior, Ivona where they grew more accustomed to commoner's lifestyle and where Lelouch developed his domestic work prowess.
The school which he went to was under great influence of the military. Although Ashford Academy does not precisely present itself as a military school, it was commissioned by the military to train students with potential by enlisting them with training alongside regular schooling. Lelouch was enlisted because of his great strategic abilities.
He was posted to do more of behind-the-desk jobs although he did train like everyone else. He was not very adept physically and he just barely passed each training with the help of no other than his great cheating, or rather, strategies. He was yet to finish his training but he already completed all basic survival and combat trainings. Since he was almost done with military training, he was already a subordinate officer or to be more specific, a sub-lieutenant.
He indeed had a hectic schedule so he skipped school occasionally or let's say, most of the time, in order to find leads on his mother's assassination and news on how the royal family was doing. Later, on his seventeenth year, he met a mysterious lady who gave him a mysterious power called geass. With it, he believed he can carry out his revenge finally after waiting for seven long years.
The heavens might even be at his side as the opportunity suddenly presented itself when he heard that a big, majestic foreign airship would be landing soon. Riding the ship will give him privileges of traveling to all parts of Reial. He initially wanted to start a rebellion if ever his father rose to power so being able to travel with the ship would benefit him greatly.
So then, with vengeance in his heart and his newly found power called power of the king he decided to leave the academy and join the ship. He was bitter about being separated to his beloved sister but figured it was a sacrifice worth making. He left her in the care of his best friend. All in the name of realizing his dream of destroying his father and his dreams of taking over the throne of Erealia to gain even more power, and making a better world for Nunnally to live in, Lelouch sets foot on the ship which inexplicably gave him nostalgic memories - The Victoria II.
