Excellent to hear about your job. I hope you still don't haveto commute that much. Where is the Halifax studio?

Aside from the heating issue with your current place, exactly what is wrong with student housing?

The Halifax office I believe, is about 3 or 4 blocks down from where we live now, it's close to the Superstore. As far as student housing goes, the issue with student housing is that it's student housing. Right now we live above, and are surrounded by students. The guys below us are extremely loud, which would make trying to get a baby to take a nap o so fun, and I highly doubt that they would tone it down. Besides that there is always noise around because there are constantly people around having parties, especially on the weekend. If Steve and I are going to live in an apartment building I would like to live with mature tenants who won't mind a baby crying, which most students will, and who won't be extremely loud.
