okay, so i finally saw atonement. and wow. it's been a long time since i've been completely blown away by a film. but the casting was spot on. james mcavoy is always spectacular, this is probably my favorite keira film (although i think she was also great in pride&prejudice), saoirse ronan was a fabulous find, and romola garai was perfect.

Finding Neverland: There's a scene when the boy who plays Peter absolutely loses is and it makes me cry and into a blubbering mess every single time.
The Iron Giant: It's a cartoon but the ending will definitely move you.

good lord. becoming jane. i saw it in the theater. tragic. watching that movie made long to have a talent in which i could have the life i want in a medium besides the inner workings of my brain. i realize that may have not made ANY sense, but i know you may have got it just because you tend to "get me" more often than not.
movies that move me?
dead poet's society. i seen this movie when i was like 15 or so. i was at a point where i was desperate to know who i was and be that and ONLY that.
raising helen. okay, this one isn't so dramtic or moving, but it sparked a real conversation... after watching it my sister told me that if anything should ever happen to her that i was the one she would want to rasie her daughter. it was a moment i will never forget.
i know i must have a better contribution than those. i'll get back to you.
