This was taken from my wonderful girlfriend cmayumit who nabbed it from anna709According to The Big Read, the average adult has only read 6 of the top 100 books on their list. I've read 68 of them

I'm just kidding. I just used to spend far too much time alone with my very rich fantasy life surrounding me. :) Being an only child sometimes makes that happen.
This was a really bad list for books, actually. When I was a kid, I used to read encyclopaedias just for the information. And my mom's punishment for me when I was a bad kid (not often, by the way) was taking my books away. LOL Before I moved down here, I think I sold around 600 books just in paperback back to a bookseller. I wasn't planning on going back to the States, so there was no reason to stick them in storage. *shrug* I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE to read.
You know there are very few things that even give me a twinge of longing for the States, but one is the accessibility to, and low prices of, books. When I go to the mall and stop in the bookstore it kills me that most books can be R$70 or above! We have a Sebo near our house that I would love to check out. I can only imagine though, that most of the English books contained within are going to be in the Nora Roberts vein...EWWWWWW. *chuckle*
*beam* Isn't it awesome?! I am way proud of it and so glad that grumpybear1031 made it for me!! *grin* She made the other 2 headers in my profile so I can switch them out. (I think I can figure out how to do that on my own ;) )
It is awesome. But then, it's Faith, so that's a given.
I just adapted the code of one of those custom layouts you can find online. The header was made by grumpybear1031 too (I have no idea how to put those links to the person's journal O_o). I love it.
