Dinner Tonight - Recipe for Curried Cauliflower and Potatoes

I've been a little out of sorts with food since I got here, bouncing between the joy of discovering Dutch cheese and yoghurt, and the frustrations of new stores, new ingredients, new pans, and a teeny tiny oven. Wow, I would never have thought of putting pomegranate seeds on curry! Innnnnnnnnteresting.

It was *so good*. I think the principle is anything you would add both lemon (acidic) and nuts (crunchy) to, you could probably add pomegranate? OMG - I so want to try adding them to pad thai now! That would be so pretty!

Yuuuummm!!! I have to convince myself to eat cauliflower, and curry is one of the few ways that I really enjoy it. This sounds lovely.

Oh my word I am drooling! I love all those ingredients and the pomegranate sounds lovely!! I bet it was fantastic :)
