At first blush... sometimes I have to just suck it up and let people make their own adult decisions- and honor them even if some of it doesn't agree with my own ethics.
Do you have thoughts about the dominant putting the baby up for adoption after the birth if he didn't want to end the life but an infant wasn't part of the plan? What if he hired her out to other couples as a surrogate?
Well, this is a really silly argument at its base.
Sure, people can negotiate whatever they want. But in the end, the law stands on the side of the pregnant woman if she chooses to have the abortion or informs any of the medical personnel that she's unwilling to have one. So, from a legal perspective, it's a meaningless thing.
That's more or less the end of my interest in the matter, unless and until it involves me. (It never would, directly.)
