My dad's friend has Synesthesia, which I didn't know until my dad mentioned it last week. He's incredibly smart and articulate, and this is how he described his condition:

It was probably Dave. He's crazy.

But, yeah, about the entry, he talks like that all the time. And he's only 21 (or so)! I love listening to him talk. He has to constantly edit himself to find more laymens synonyms for almost every word he says in order to get me to understand him. You should meet him.
