So life has been a bit stressful lately... Realizing I'm deep in debt, that the economy sucks so my paychecks are going to suck and it's all a bit stressful. Luckily my tax return should be here soon *crosses fingers* becasue I really need all of that money >.But all of that I can deal with and I'm sure everything will be fine. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!! I do 25-30 mins. on the elliptical too, and its exhausting!!! Stick with it, don't push too hard while you build back up. LOVE YOU!

and omg...the Luxor is beautiful!!!!! It has a really huge, amazing nightclub in it too-- called LAX. The lobby has all these pharaohs and statues and waterfalls, its so pretty.

I am jealous!!!! xo. We should grab lunch soon, or dinner, ya?

When I'm in good shape I can do up to 60 minutes on the elliptical.. (But that's when I'm in REALLY good shape.) So 25-30 minutes is me starting up when I'm doing just cardio anyways. When I'm lifting weights after I normally save some of my strength and only do 10-15 minutes.

Oh good! Last time I was in Vegas I was 16 so I don't really remember how it was. And I don't know if we went into the Luxor or not. I highly doubt we'll be going to dance clubs since Greg doesn't like dancing and I have no clue how to dance to anything but goth music.

AND we so should go get dinner or lunch or drinks or something! I miss you. I don't know if I'll be able to go to Mardi Gras party or not money is REALLY tight right now.

See I can do elliptical but 5 minutes on the treadmill and my knees are yelling at me. I couldn't even walk 2 hours on a treadmill! That's incredible!

And I'm going to a really REALLY tiny Gym in Pacifica. Call Strong Side. It's behine the Adobe shopping center, used to be a real estate company I think... But here's the website: http://strongsidegym.com/Photos.html#grid (That's the page with pictures so you can see how small it is).

It's the gym my trainer started so that's why I go so far to get there. It also has a great atmosphere and is nice cause it's never crowded.

What gym do you go to and what time do you typically go? I've been trying to go more often (I've been pretty good about it, but haven't been going five days a week like I want to). If we went to the same one we could work out together!! Or maybe we could work out together on the weekends?

I go to the gym my old trainer opened in Pacifica. It's SUPER tiny but well worth it because then I randomly can get training with my mom for free if I can get up that early and he'll still give me pointers when I'm in there for free.

And So far I've gone Monday (at no particular time) and Tuesday after 6 because that's when I get home from work. On Wednesdays I might be going to Tango lessons with Randall more often so I doubt I'll do both the gym and dancing because it's good to have non wobbly legs. And hopefully Thursday and Friday mornings.

It's called "Cell Space" and is every Wednesday night. It's $10 for dancing and the social dance, or $5 for just for the dancing later that night. It's a bunch of fun. I've gone the last 2 weeks with Randall. It's in a ware house at 2050 Bryant Street (btw 18th & 19th).

You should go with me and Randall some night :-D it'd be fun!

Do try and give yourself a rest sometimes though. With working out, I mean. If you're going to work out every day, I would suggest doing different ones every day. Like mondays lifting weights, tuesday and thursday do the bike,etc. That way, if gives the places you worked when you exercised a chance to heal and build while you work on something else. (but you prolly already knew that) Also, I think dancing is going to be really good for you because it's a hidden work out. ;)

Also, if you ever want to go powerwalking with me, let me know. Maybe on the weekend if you're free, or something.

Some people also say that the economy "should be getting better by March/ April." I don't know how much of that is true, but I certainly hope so!

Trust me I know what I'm doing :-P. I've lost 40lbs before and hopefully will be able to do it again but this time keep it off and not just gain it all back.

Doing Cardio everyday isn't a bad thing unless you OVER do it. I'm not saying what you said isn't true but that's normally for when you are weight lifting which I will have breaks in between. But with doing cardioesque things you really don't need the break everyday otherwise runners would be fucked.

I'm hella busy on weekends since I work and that's the only time I really get to see Greg. But maybe someday we'll see ;-).

The elliptical is nearly impact less, so it's better for me to do elliptical then it is to speed walk :-P
