Why
With the rolling hills ahead of us, the baby blue heavens above us, was the blood stained sunset still looming behind us… Kang the blind, Bang the blind that’s all we were. We saw nothing but illusions, nothing but each other. We were each other’s demise and yet walking down this lonely road I can do nothing but smile at the memories, even as I taste my own salty tears.
Did
Everything really end? Without a beginning, how could there ever be an end? It was there all along, I was just too oblivious. You laid everything down for me, for my happiness, for my pride, for my life, but in return there was nothing. I should have listened to the hidden meaning behind your coarse words. I should have seen the smoldering emotion behind those dark eyes. And I should have felt every single callous, every single scar you received because of me, when I had the chance.
This
Is our story and we are the pair of minstrels performing it on the grandest stage of all -life. A sob here and a laugh there; our audiences are enthralled. Women, Children, old men, young men, all watch with baited breath. The performance continues, reaching its insurmountable climax. The world stops as we see each other for the first time our hearts beating in unison, we run across the tightrope, faces streaming with tears of joy. But where is the encore? When the curtains fall why is there only a deafening silence?

You seen him? Tell me where he is; I can’t see anything. I can’t see his pain; I can’t see his jealousness, for luxury has made me blind. It’s my entire fault. Now he’s sightless because I was too blind to see. We both see nothing but an abyss now.

Whom do I apologize to- the man who feeds me, or the man who loves me? One grabbed my leg and told me that my innocence was more important than survival; the other entrusted me with the darkest part of his soul. I loved one and yet I could not abandon the other who had pleads silently for my aid.
