At Hampshire we did this game where we had to do a well known story (often a fairy tale, or a folktale) in only three or four pictures that we would make up with every person. The person could be a tree, a baker, a house, anything that might add to the feeling of the story. Then we would transition into each picture, silently and slowly. After that, we would do the same story again, but instead each person had to be touching another person, so it became a connected picture, we would then have to morph into each scene continuously touching someone else. All of this would be in silence, and then we might put it slowly to music and do it over and over again, repeating the story.
It is really odd sounding, but did so much to build a group mindset, especially when everyone was holding onto another person, it built up that group mentality more than any other game we played.
