The sound of pouring water

I hate the sound of pouring water. Like the sound they play in beer commercials. I have no idea why. But it just pisses me off when I hear it... sometimes. I've got to hear it way more than I notice it, but when I notice, it really irritates me. Just an irrational anger that flares up... weird, I know. Just FYI I guess.

Nope. No problem with them. It's the disticntive sound of fluid poured into a glass. The sound of the water with the ascending pitch as the glass fills. And, again, most of the time I must hear that sound I don't notice it, but when I do...

I have wondered since childhood why this bothered me the way nails on a blackboard bother others. I still don't know, but it's nice to know I'm not alone.
