Hit by a car...

I got hit by a car yesterday. I'm fine, just a little bruised. He was stopped turning right on red and didn't see me crossing on the bike path. He accelerated into me. I went up onto the hood and off onto the pavement. Hitting the pavement was the part that hurt. My glasses flew off, but in the adrenaline haze I didn't realize until later.

Catching up on old LJ stuff. Sorry to hear about this. My girlfriend was involved in a collision with another bike out near the lake on the day before you got hit by the car. Bike still needs to be fixed. I hope the soreness is gone by now, my girlfriend still has some bruises and cuts on her head that haven't faded completely yet.
