Who has the power?

Entergy just released a map listing who would be getting power back in what time frame. The map is rather crude, with blocks represented by big red - erm, blocks. For most people I'm sure the crudeness of the map doesn't matter. But my house is right on the edge - either within or just outside one of those blocks. I spent 15 minutes comparing the
