Silly-boo. That's for whoever isn't on my friends list and sees my journal (all my entries have been friends-only for forever and ever). Now they can actually see that entry instead of seeing nothing, which was the case before.
What I'm saying is, you're already added. I am going to make some new categories though to sort entries for ED and non-ED content, look for that post soon.
