Well Enough Alone

So Friday I met up with Jennifer Ball at Dave's Dog House. It was the first time it was ever just the two of us... where we could just talk. I've known her for nearly two years... and now that's the first time we were able to talk about whatever. I learned a lot about her job and whatnot... and that she's pretty athletic. Yeah I stretch all of the major muscle groups. I might have pushed myself a little too hard that time. We'll see. Thanks for the advice dude.

Hey Dave, I have hip dysplasia, so I have to limit my running. I alternate treadmill (15 minutes) and bike (15 minutes) four days a week for cardio. It still burns quite a few calories. You might try alternating running and other activities. That way, you won't strain your muscles

Yeah.. that's what I did today. I ran for 15 minutes and then did the bike for 20 minutes... burned a lot calories. It would be nice to get able to run and participate in events and what not... but I guess not. Thanks for the advice! :)
