:| What is with evaluations holding people responsible for their coworkers. It's not as though you're a supervisor fjsjdjfgjsj (Wackiest excuse I've ever been given for not getting a raise. 'You aren't inspirational enough.' I worked in the cash office of a local grocer's; pretty sure being ~inspirational wasn't part of my job description, lolol)

I hate that! Especially since they never actually tell us how to get higher on our evals unless we like, corner them in the main office and refuse to sign off until we know :|.

it was okay! Apparently I need to smile more when telling people they can't have more than six dumplings or some shit like that but idrc \o/

... I think I would be fired after hearing that because I would not be able to swallow my retort. It's a god damn attendance evaluation - my attendance was fine. They're called extra shifts for a reason!

I KNOW. ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY NEVER TOLD ME I SHOULD PICK UP EXTRA SHIFTS AND BTW I /DO/ PICK UP EXTRA SHIFTS
