I am surrounded by hopeless romantic actors who keep trying to pick apart my life and find raw emotion. That is what an actor dose. But can't other actors be like me and at least TRY to know when a person doesn't want to talk about why they are completely absorbed in books and work and theatre and ideas and why they are not dating anyone. Thank

Ahh, I feel your pain. Well, I haven't been to a party where everyone else was dating or had their bf/gf there, but it's been close. You won't be past your prime until at least like, 26. I also can't talk to nice guys...a really cute cashier asked me if I found any good magazines, and I kinda went "Uh-uh" Yeah, it was good. I get the whole bf thing from my grandparents every time I talk to them. And they don't believe me when I tell them I don't have one. A lot of the best girls I know are single. So don't worry. Maybe you should just tell the actors that you aren't inclined to talk about your love life. By the way, what books are you reading?
