Thank you, American Electric Power, for deciding that the transformers on all the buildings near where I work and live need moved. I especially thank you for the jackhammering of the walkway between home and work, in the middle of the workday, so that I can breathe concrete dust and wheeze and itch for the rest of the day. It's very considerate
