I could never get the hang of Warcraft (I have WC III) or, on that same note, Starcraft. What I do enjoy, on the other hand, are the Diablo games. I've never played World of Warcraft. Does it stay true to the sim style as in the original Warcraft Games, or is it more of an RPG like Diablo?

Oh, and also... I hear all this talk of multi-player... does it also offer single-player?

And as a sidenote, TES IV: Oblivion is the most fantastic RPG I've ever played.

WoW is multi only. Online and all.

I loved the Warcraft series, and to me this game is a great addition. TES III gave me a headache to play, is IV better? As in.. are the graphics rehauled and no more jagged movement? If so, I am going to have to give it a test drive.

I started with IV and it was fantastic. Then, because of the hype over it, I went and bought III (Morrowind). I've played it once. The gameplay, controls, and graphics are so improved that IV is like a totally different game. The world is bigger and more detailed, the sound is a helluva lot better, the "create a character" option is more than just choosing a head and a hair color/style; this time you actually get to design a character. It's fantastic.
