Because I am not completely immune to self-harm, I thought this would be a good idea. I'm going to lay my cards on the table at the start: I'm With Her. Trump is so divorced from reality that he is a danger to the international economy and I will have to send cards of sympathy to every American diplomat. As for the other candidates, the Libertarian

This was great. You did a brave thing sitting through that car wreck and not even for your own country. I'm with her, too. Lots of sensible Republicans are coming out and repudiating that blathering menace called Trump. I give them credit for their moral stance, as they are getting criticized in the short term for it.

He can't slink back into his hole fast enough for me. We are rooting for him to lose big, his brand to crash and burn and become worthless, and of course for legal problems galore after the election over breaking the Cuba embargo, Trump University fraud, and tax issues relating to Trump Foundation. Those things should keep him pretty busy, but unfortunately none will send him to jail, IMO, and they will be painful financially but not debilitating.

My mom is a Canadian citizen, but she was watching this in another part of the house. About half way through, she shows up at where I am watching and says "I can't even vote and I'm on my second glass!" and hold up a glass of wine. She's 75, and couldn't stop laughing. He's insane. Totally insane. My mom is very conservative, and neither she nor my dad (who's passed away) would have likely considered voting for a Democrat. But I KNOW my dad wouldn't have gone near Trump, and my mom is now fully supportive of Hillary because the Republicans are so crazy. Most of the rest of my American family, even those who traditionally vote conservative, are also going to vote for her. My Canadian relatives are in shock this is happening.
