You have to wait at least a week to call otherwise you set up a bad precedence (you don't want this girl calling every three days) and prevents you from looking desperate (no one wants to sleep with someone that isn't at least some what hard to get). When you do call, make sure to make enough illussions to the fact that you don't want this to go any further then the bedroom. Sleeping over is bad news PERIOD. And if she doesn't start to gear you towards her ass, I'd stay away from it for at least the first three to four visits. Take it from a girl who has had multiple FBs and never had a single one that didn't call back!
