Sorry, that can't be the law. Something in the Constitution about the right to life for all persons born or naturalized in the United States protects me from legally being killed by "you" or whomever to which this statement refers. I rely on the Fourteenth Amendment for that one.... Thanks, 1868, you rule!

that's not quite what i was getting at, but when has the Constitution ever mattered? that's just one of those things they tell you has meaning.
