Puttering about the OED online this morning before class, turning up a few words for everyone's lexicographical enjoyment.

I'm thinking, given the context: a flouncy, trifling and frivoulous person, given to a great deal of lace at the cuffs of their coats and a little perfumed floral lace handkerchief. :)
