You'll Have to Wait
As you flip through pages and photographs,
you'll notice some of them are torn
You're keeping him alive in your mind
Though you know that he's gone
You're growing up and old, wasting time
When you should be doing something else
Yet you can't help but wonder if
he's lonely all by himself
Sometimes all the spirits
Are thicker than your blood
You could give the world save him
But you still didn't give enough
And he'll turn from you slowly
Leaving you standing at the gate
Until those angels come for you
You'll have to wait
Now you suffer from injuries
Of battles you haven't won
You're dealing with consequences
From things you haven't done
As the days keep flying by
You know nothing will be the same
Yet you can't help but think
That he'll be coming home again
Sometimes all the spirits
Are thicker than your blood
You could give the world to save him
But you still didn't give enough
And he'll turn from you slowly
Leaving you standing at the gate
Until those angels come for you
You'll have to wait
Until those angels come for you
You'll have to wait
You'll have to wait
Mmmmhmmmm....
