forward.

Coughed up the twelve hundred dollars for the LSAT prep course.

Feeling somewhat hopeful.

Though, on an unrelated note, the doctor thinks I tore my meniscus playing soccer.

Ah the fun never ends.

Congratulations on your motivation to take the LSAT course.

Also, having torn my meniscus a couple years back, I can honestly say I feel your pain. The absolue worst part about it is the long-term immobility factor. Hang in there.

Thanks, though we shall see how motivated I actually am when it comes time to study and complete the course materials.

Just out of curiosity, did you have an MRI when you tore your meniscus, and exactly how long was the term of immobility.

I would really like for my snowboarding season to not be over, since we have an eighteen foot base at Mammoth, and well, the irony of this is killing me.

I ended up having 2 sets of x-rays and an MRI when I screwed up my knee. If I recall correctly, the x-rays were to determine what exactly was wrong, and the MRI was to figure out how to fix it. In my case, I was pretty lucky and didn't need surgery. For me, it took me six weeks in a horribly uncomfortable (and unfashionable) brace/immobilizer. After about four weeks I could move about without it, but not comfortably.

I really hope you can recover from this one quickly; have they said anything about surgery?

Ugh, that sounds absolutely miserable.

They have not said anything really, since I have not had the MRI yet, and I didn't think it was that bad, nor did I start to worry, until the orthopedic doctor tweaked things around, then popped my knee back to where it was supposed to be.

I'm glad you coughed it up. You would have spent it eating fancy food or something.

The Soccer God is angry with you. Repent, and all will be well.

Funny you mention food, since I have been cooking at home gasp since I quit my job, and man, my taste in cuisine has absolutely no bearing whatsoever on my culinary skills.

If it isn't charred yet, I will find a way.

And yes, The Soccer God is pissed, and seeking vengeance, but what should I do to repent, any ideas are welcome.

I usually find a recipe that looks good, buy all the expensive ingredients, and then I am too lazy to put it all together. I eat cheese for many, many meals.

I heard the Soccer God loves those marshmallow peeps. Only when they are stale, so you need to leave them out of their package for a few days.

I went to my neighbors last night and bought a tiny bit from the man. I left it on their counter since it wasn't much, and when I went to get it later there was money there and no powder. He took it and smoked it lol. Better him than me, and I still had my money.

I am laughing my ass off because last year my friend actually left peeps out intentionally, apparently because they were better stale!

I just set fire to the little suckers, one by one in evil torture style, and then felt the slightest tinge of guilt for mercilessly torching the innocent sugary marshmallow baby ducks.

As for the man, well, had I the man for a neighbor, things would get ugly real fast, but hey, it is cool you left with your money.
